API 16A Hubs and clamps

Probe are highly experienced at manufacturing hubs and clamps and our team can advise on what would be best suited to individual projects. All our hubs and clamps are manufactured completely in-house, using high quality materials, by our expert engineers. We can provide the full API size range to suit our client’s exact requirements. Our Mazak Slant Turn 50 lathe makes light work of clamp assemblies and when combined with our large on-site stock of raw material, allows us to deliver within very short lead times.

Our API hubs and clamps offer an alternative dynamic method of joining wellhead parts. The clamps use the same size and pressure ranges as API 6A flanges but only require four bolts to form the joint, meaning that they are smaller, lighter and easier to install. We can even manufacture slimline clamps if space is at a premium. Our hubs are also smaller and lighter compared to the equivalent size and pressure ratings of flanges.
